Cancellation Policy:

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without a full 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Appointments that cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of their scheduled service time or no show will be charged 100% of the service total. If you are more than 7 minutes late for an appointment you will be charged and have to reschedule. Please understand that when you do not give enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

To ensure the health and safety of everyone we have a NO children and pets policy. If you arrive to your appointment with a child or pet we will have to reschedule your appointment. A same day cancellation fee will be applied. 

Contraindications:

If you are currently using, undergoing or have had any of the following within the specified time frame please reschedule your appointment for a later date. 

  • Glycolic, lactic, salicylic acid or other form of exfoliation (within 72hrs of appointment).

  • Retin-A, Renova or dermatologist prescribed creams / lotions / medications (contact your dermatologist or doctor and ask if you're allowed to receive the treatment).

  • Accutane (clients will need to be off Accutane for one year before being eligible to receive services).

  • Current sunburn on area being treated.

  • Plan to have the area being treated in direct sunlight within the next 7 days (for facials and waxing only).

  • Injectables or dermafillers (within the last 14 days).

  • Facial cosmetic surgery (if within the last year, the client will need to check with their doctor or surgeon for approval).

  • Recent facial waxing (within the last 7 days. For facials only).

  • Chemical peels or facial treatments (within the last 14 days).

  •  IPL or laser treatments (If within the last 6 months, the client will need to check with the location where the treatment was received for approval).

  • Permanent cosmetics (if the area is not fully healed or still scabbing).

  • Chemotherapy or radiation (If within the last year the client will need to check with their doctor or oncologist for approval).              

 

                                            Permanent Makeup

                                 Before your appointment information:

  • WAIT! Do you have previous permanent makeup? No matter how old or faded it is you will need a consultation before booking a procedure. 

  • No aspirin within 3 days of the appointment (baby aspirin is fine). 

  • No alcohol within 3 days of the appointment.

  • Limit your caffeine to just one serving before your appointment (ex. one cup   of coffee).

  • No energy drinks or caffeine supplements before your appointment. 

  • Do not wax, tweeze or shave any brow hair within 2 weeks of your                       appointment. The more grow out the better.

  • Do not receive any chemical peels or facials within 2 weeks of the appointment.

  • Do not receive botox or fillers within 2 weeks of the appointment. 

  • Stop the use of retinols or chemically exfoliating products within 2 weeks of the appointment.

  • Discontinue the use of any lash growth or brow growth serums (ex. latisse) within 6 weeks of the appointment. 

  • No tanning within 7 days of your appointment. If you have a sun burn on your face the day of the appointment you will need to reschedule. 

  • For eyeliner only - Please come in with no eye makeup on.

  • For eyeliner only - If you wear contacts please bring your glasses or contact case.

  • For eyeliner only - Bring sun glasses.

  • For eyeliner only - No lash extensions.

  •  You are not a candidate for permanent makeup if, you have keloid scaring, are pregnant, or taking certain blood thinners.

  • Clients who are currently breast feeding can receive permanent makeup but we recommend that you speak with your doctor or pediatrician and make that decision for yourself.

  • Certain medications, health issues and skin types can cause premature fading and require additional or more frequent touch ups.

   

                       After Your Permanent Makeup Appointment:

  • Immediately after the procedure your brows or eyeliner will be bolder and darker than what they will heal to. They will fade by 25-30% and shrink/tighten. 

  • Healing time - during the healing time you will need to avoid steam, saunas, exercise and getting the area where the procedure was performed wet. You will also not be able to wear makeup on the area until it is done scabbing and flaking. Healing time typically lasts between 7-10 days. Sometimes longer if you're a slow healer. 

  • It is not recommended that you have a permanent makeup procedure performed within 7-10 days of a major event or trip (ex. camping, weddings, tropical vacations etc..)
